Wave Dash
The Portals page says the wave was added in update 1.9 and first appears in Blast Processing. Lite received that form in update 2.21.4, also in Blast Processing. World uses it in Monster Dance Off. SubZero uses it in Nock Em. The regular wave moves at 45 degrees. The mini wave is steeper, about 63 degrees, because its vertical speed is double its horizontal speed.
The file on this page is https://1games.io/game/wave-dash/. The same address is also used by the Geometry Dash Spam Test 3 page on this site. Neither page has been matched to an official level id.
Documented controls
The Portals page says the wave propels on an upward diagonal while the input is held, and descends on a downward diagonal when it is released. Both directions move at a constant speed, and the vertical speed matches the horizontal speed. The mini wave is steeper: its vertical speed is double its horizontal speed. The wiki also says the wave does not respond to jump pads or rings, because its momentum does not change.
